Rep. Branch traveled to Huntsville, Texas to visit the campus of Sam Houston State University and deliver the commencement address at two of the graduation ceremonies for the December graduation of the class of 2010.  Branch, who chairs the House Committee on Higher Education, also visited with SHSU President-Designate Dana Gibson and her leadership team, and visited several historical sites in Huntsville, including the gravesite of Sam Houston and the Sam Houston Memorial Museum.
