Baylor Health Care System Emergency Department Expansion Tour November 2007 Rep. Branch visited with members of the Baylor Health Care System at the Health Care provider's main facility located in East Dallas. The representative had a chance to visit with Baylor leadership, including Joel Allison, President and CEO of Baylor; Judge Ed Kinkeade, member of the Baylor Board of Trustees; Kristi Sherrill-Hoyl, VP of Government Affairs; and Dighton Packard, M.D., Chairman of the Department of Emergency Medicine. Dr. Packard shows Branch some of the cutting-edge technology that he and his team have installed in the newly renovated Emergency Department. The $55 million renovation will help better serve the Dallas community in both patient care and research initiatives.
